Product overview (general information)
ENKO bacteriophage is a mixture of sterile filtrates of phagolysates specifically active against multiple gastrointestinal bacterial pathogens. The liquid bacteriophage is a transparent preparation with white or yellowish coloration, distributed without prescription.

Pharmacological action
ENKO bacteriophage causes specific lysis of the bacteria listed above, providing targeted antibacterial action against gastrointestinal pathogens without affecting beneficial gut bacteria.
Activity spectrum & therapeutic applications
ENKO bacteriophage is used for treatment and prophylaxis of purulent-septic and enteric infections caused by the above-mentioned microorganisms.

General usage principles

- Visual inspection prior to use is recommended (clear liquid, no sediment)
- Before taking ENKO bacteriophage orally, it is recommended to drink a glass of basic mineral water (or 2-3% solution of baking soda)

- Oral administration - taken 1 hour before meals (30 minutes before feeding for infants)
- Rectal administration - enema after stool
